WALNUT MUFFINS CHOCOLATE CAKE

65 gr. Sugar (normal)
100 gr. Cocoa (in my case Colacao)

40 gr. de Mantequilla sin sal a temperatura ambiente ( en mi caso de la marca STORK )
40 gr. de Aceite ( GIRASOL )
50 gr. Leche (en mi caso desnatada )
1 sobre de Levadura ( en este caso 1 cucharadita de cafe de levadura de la marca D.OETKER)
Un puñado de nueces peladas y picadas no demasiado pequeñas ni grandes.

ELABORACIÓN

- Verter todos los ingredientes en el vaso de la thermomix excepto la levadura y las nueces , programar velocidad espiga 3 minutos.
- Acabado el tiempo añadir la levadura y remover levemente.
- Verter la masa en una bolsa de plástico o manga pastelera deshechable, y desde ahí pasar a los moldes ( capacitos de papel o de silicona ), de esta forma es mucho más limpio .
-Añadir un puñadito de nueces a cada molde.
- Meter al horno 15 minutos a 175º
