Broken Capillaries And Cystic Fibrosis



This is one of the recipes I have found useful, it serves as well for cupcakes, a muffin or a biscuit ... road is a recipe!! actually I have already put the recipe on occasion but as I tuneando over time ... I leave it the latest version!!
By the way, this recipe is I used to make glazed muffins from the previous post.



  • INGREDIENTS 4 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 tablespoon margarine to the point of ointment (brand STORK, especially for cakes) 2 teaspoons
  • yeast (make DR: Oetker)
  • 300 gr cake flour (make SANTA RITA)
  • normal sugar 250 gr (blanquilla)
  • 1 small can of whipping cream (200 ml) 125
  • or 125 grams of cocoa powder (brand value, no sugar) and I have not always, replaced it with chocolate milk ... claritas out a bit more color but with a sensational flavor.
DEVELOPMENT

Beat eggs with sugar until it whitens, then incorporate the cream and continue beating, then the butter and continue beating ... Now little little we are adding the flour with the baking powder and cocoa (sifted before all). So we continue beating until the cream has a body and the lumps are dissolved. Fill the capsules of the cupcakes to 2 / 3 of its height and bake at 180 ยบ preheated oven on the middle rack for 18 to 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before removing from the tray. Retired, air cooled ...
and they are ready !!!!!!!
I use the Kitchen Aid, but it serves any electric mixer or even the Thermomix.

final decoration is left to personal choice , With a glaze to the midpoint, with fondant with chocolate cream ... let your imagination !!!!!
